Welcome to our new website that celebrates all the good things about living in Suches, Georgia. The photo above is of Woody Lake, right in the heart of Suches.

Where is Suches?

Suches is located in the North Georgia Mountains. At 3,000 feet above sea level, it's one of the highest elevation communities in the state. It's at the junction of state highways 60 and 180. It's an unincorporated community in Union County. Or see for yourself on Yahoo! Maps. It's between Dahlonega and Blue Ridge, south of Blairsville.
